No detail was missed with this menu! Cailey came to us knowing exactly what she wanted and we delivered!

There was a LOT of love put into this food and I’m positive the guests could tell. The menu consisted of over 400 Hand rolled meatballs, homemade pasta sauces, and of course a few of our classics! Something for everyone 🤍

It’s that time of year again! Chef McKinley is headed to Columbia tonight to compete in the Palmetto Palate!

McKinley will be presenting a Grilled Pound Cake with a Bourbon Peach Sauce. Pictured below are some of the local Ingredients he’s using. Fresh Eggs from Bridal Wreath Farm, LLC of Saint Matthews, Peaches from Shuler Strawberries and Peaches of Holly Hill, and Carolina Select Club Bourbon that was created to embody the treasures of South Carolina!

Owner and Head Chef, McKinley Till, had the opportunity to head back to the Masters this year to be a Private Chef! He served Family Style meals to a small group for two nights. He even had the pleasure of serving Former Olympic Soccer Player, Mia Hamm and her Husband, Former MLB player, Nomar Garciaparra! How awesome is that!

Fun Fact! McKinley has been Cheffing at the Masters since 2016! He took the last two years off to open his restaurant, Smoke 'Em Barbecue Joint in Saint Matthews, but was so happy to make a return this year.

Thank you to our amazing staff who held down the fort at the restaurant while he was gone. If you haven’t yet, take the trip down to Saint Matthews and try us out! We’d love to have you!

It’s always a blast to do events for our locals!

This engagement party wanted heavy appetizers and that we delivered! Chef attended Pizza Station, Taco Bar (with all the topping to make a delicious Smoke 'Em Barbecue Joint taco!!), and of course the Smoked Wings! This is our kind of party! 🤩🍻
