It’s that time of year again! Chef McKinley is headed to Columbia tonight to compete in the Palmetto Palate!
McKinley will be presenting a Grilled Pound Cake with a Bourbon Peach Sauce. Pictured below are some of the local Ingredients he’s using. Fresh Eggs from Bridal Wreath Farm, LLC of Saint Matthews, Peaches from Shuler Strawberries and Peaches of Holly Hill, and Carolina Select Club Bourbon that was created to embody the treasures of South Carolina!
