Nicole and Miguel’s romantic ruby red and emerald green Southern California wedding at Grand Gimeno served up style and taste. Guests were greeted with our Wood-Fired Sweet & Salty Pancetta and Meat Lovers Pizzas, Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls, and Shrimp Ceviche as they entered the Olive Grove for cocktail hour. Red floral centerpieces topped the tables, and large floral installations cascaded from the green bar, which was pouring Old Fashioned and Paloma signature drinks.

After cocktail hour, guests sat at tables inside, surrounding a black and white checkered dance floor. Filet Mignon carvery, Zucchini Lime Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, and Ensalada Las Mesas were served, and live music was enjoyed.

The evening ended on a sweet note with our Vintage Two-Tiered White Chocolate Raspberry Cake, Kouign-Amann Dessert Station, and Gourmet Dessert Station featuring a collection of Mini Lemon Meringue Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Cream with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots.

Colorful florals and fresh fruits decorated for Alice and Troy’s wedding🍊🌸. During cocktail hour, guests were treated to Wood-Fired Neapolitan and Classic BBQ Chicken Pizzas, Seared Ahi on Wonton Chips, and Braised Pork Belly Bao. The reception followed indoors where a buffet of Honey and Ginger Glazed Salmon, Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs, Pineapple Fried Rice, Chow Mein, and Asian Cucumber Salad awaited everyone. The evening ended on a sweet note with our Lemon Blueberry Cake with Honey Citrus Creme filling for the newlyweds, and Taste of Asia Dessert Station with a collection of Yuzu-Mango Tarts, Ube Crinkle Cookies, Pandan Cupcakes, Café Sua da Macarons, and Golden Milk Flan for all the guests! Guests indulged in Wood-Fired Meat Lovers and Burrata Pizzas for cocktail hour followed by Cabernet Braised Short Ribs and Roasted Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Roasted Asparagus and Gourmet Mashed Potatoes for dinner.
