For Lorenzo’s 100th birthday celebration at Grand Gimeno, his personal story was brought to life through a beautiful collection of built-out stations along Memory Lane. Guests could walk through the moments, places, and experiences that shaped Lorenzo’s journey, from A Lesson in Faith, The Early Years, and Flores Market to Rancho Flores, The Produce Truck, The Little Egg Store, and A Fair Trade. Each station offered a glimpse into another chapter of his life and the story behind the man everyone came together to celebrate. The journey continued through Lorenzo’s Journey, In Search of the American Dream, The Bowling Alley, and A Trip With Purpose, creating a celebration that felt as personal as it was unforgettable. Surrounded by 270 family members and friends, Lorenzo wasn’t just celebrating 100 years, but a lifetime of faith, hard work, family, and memories.

Janice & Johnson’s wedding day featured a heartfelt first look and traditional tea ceremony in the Grand Gimeno Foyer followed by a romantic outdoor wedding ceremony in the Olive Grove and an unforgettable indoor reception complete with toasts and cake. Soft pink, peach, and ivory florals, taupe candles, signature cocktails, wood-fired pizza, tray-passed appetizers, and a dinner and dessert menu customized to their liking made this Grand Gimeno wedding feel personal from start to finish.

Surrounded by 270 family members and friends, Lorenzo wasn’t just celebrating 100 years of life, he was celebrating a century of love, faith, hard work, and the legacy he’s built. Seeing generation after generation gather around him, share stories, laugh, cry, and honor the incredible life he’s lived was truly moving. It was a beautiful reminder that the greatest measure of a life isn’t just the years... it’s the people whose lives you’ve touched along the way. Happy 100th Birthday, Lorenzo. Thank you for letting us be a small part of such an unforgettable celebration.

Joshua and Khak Khak’s spring wedding at Grand Gimeno was bursting with colorful, funky florals that brought every space to life from the ceremony aisle to the candlelit reception tables. Guests enjoyed a menu as unforgettable as the décor, featuring wood-fired pizzas and tray-passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Shrimp Ceviche during cocktail hour, followed by a dinner of Vietnamese Braised Short Ribs and Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon served alongside mouthwatering sides.
