For a typical Friday–Sunday church youth retreat, the answer depends on more than the venue.

At Orange Springs Retreat Center, our 2027 published Fall/Winter/Spring 2-night package is $205–$255 per overnight guest, depending on whether the group reaches 100 overnight guests.

That includes: • Lodging

Planning a winter church youth group weekend?

Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, this is the rhythm that works for a church group of 60–200:

🏕️ Arrive and settle. One dinner. A short opening. Then a campfire. 🔥

Saturday is the full day. Teach at 9. 🙏 Small groups at 10:30. Then the lake, fields, or gym from 1:00 to 4:30. 🛶🏀

Sunday: worship, pack up, depart. 🌅 Checkout at 11.

Florida winters are mild. The lake is still cooler than students might expect. Put water activities in the warmest part of the day, and keep the gym as the real backup.
