When I was named the SweetScience by the referee Nick Praveti back in Boston 1989 at Anthony’s Funcrion Hall off of Highland Ave downtown Boston it was a complete honor to be named after the American Martial Art! I tried my hardest to honor the name and never let myself down but others as well!!! Boxing is no joke and very dangerous, always go in the ring 110% prepared or it could be fatal!!!

This past Friday was a sad day for All American Boxing by SweetScience, we lost a true friend Mark Vandevender. We will be dedicating this PAL Boxing Championship Saturday afternoon to honor his life and what he meant to me and my family!!!! This one is for you Mark.........

Good afternoon Folks,
I have to share with you three awesome Gentlemen Chris Manuel-Dunning, Greg Flynn and Xeric Karoutsos. These young gents have been working their tail off to get ready for the upcoming PAL State Championships, they all are like brothers, my sons a bond that can never be broken. They just have one of the best sparing sessions ever, the experience they gained with knowledge is second to none. Thanks to Pete White and the crew along with Lions Pride and Putnam County Sheriff PAL Crew Barry Stewart leading the way. Let me to tell you no one can ever say to me that’s there is no talent in this State! I know for a fact my crew learned a ton from all of our brothers who were there today. Great Job with organizing this as well Ricky from Lions Pride! See you all next Saturday...
