As the warmer weather rolls in, it’s the perfect time to start planning your spring cleaning. Contact OC Sanitation for any rental needs as you tackle those projects. You can also check with your city to see when their city‑wide cleanup is scheduled.

Did you know OC Sanitation has a Citizen Convenient Center Permit (CCC Permit)?
This permit allows us to accept trash on-site at our office. If you’re able to haul your items to us during open office hours, you can skip the rental and drop it off directly.

New Years Day Routes:

For New Year’s Day, all routes will run on their normal schedule, except for the Dakota Dunes area.

If you are located in Dakota Dunes, your pickup day will follow the same holiday schedule used for Christmas.

Dakota Dunes – East Side (GREEN North Section):
Please refer to the attached photo and check your email or text messages.
Your pickup day will be WEDNESDAY.

Dakota Dunes – East Side (BLUE South Section):
Please refer to the attached photo and check your email or text messages.
Your pickup day will be FRIDAY.

Customer Notice
All routes are running as scheduled today.

If your container will not stay upright and you can wait until next week, we recommend bringing it in for now.

Orange City/Alton: You are welcome to bring your toter or a few bags to our location free of charge for disposal.

Dakota Dunes: Our driver will swing back through the route to empty more toters. If you can get them stood up, he will empty them.

If none of these options work and you still need your trash emptied before next week, please give us a call so we can discuss your options.

We will be running normal routes on New Years Day except for Dakota Dunes. The Dune's Thursday route will be split the same as Christmas—Wednesday & Friday.
