APCO Super Sunday Presents Trainers: The Architects of Excellence.
Jason Long will present 'Training a Multigenerational Workforce.' Kelly Sanders-Kelley will present 'The PSAP Playbook: A Guide to Dynamic Training.' Samantha Hawkins will lead two sessions: 'How to Train Like Someone's Life Depends on It' and 'Putting Human Back in AI: Empowering the People Behind the Headset.' Dr. Julianna Jarvis will present 'Scenario-Based Training: Preparing for the Worst.' Jana Short will conclude the day with 'Help Your Callers Help You!'
This comprehensive training day is not to be missed, particularly for Training Officers. An additional fee of $50 applies for attendance, or $50 for a standalone purchase.
