My mother, and the founder of Bella Weddings by the Sea, suffered a brain hemorrhage following the removal of a large brain tumor. I am currently by her side in the ICU, running on very little sleep and carrying more emotions than I can put into words.

I ask for your prayers, positive thoughts, and patience during this incredibly difficult time. Response times may be slower than usual, and editing may take a little longer as I focus on being with my mom and advocating for her care.

To our current and future brides, please know that I am still committed to making your wedding day beautiful and special. I love what I do, and I will continue to give my couples the care and attention they deserve. But right now, I am also a daughter sitting beside her mother in the ICU, watching her fight for life.

Thank you for your grace, understanding, prayers, and support. It means more than you know.

It’s a lot of behind-the-scenes work that we make look easy on social media, but hearing a bride say, “This was the best day of my life,” makes every single bit worth it.
