Happy 18th Birthday Carlie!

A beach birthday setup to celebrate 18….yes please! It was the best surprise….add in tickets to a Luke Bryan concert as an even bigger surprise and you have an overjoyed birthday girl. We all had a tear in our eye from her reaction! She was overcome with gratitude.

We’re always honored when The Beach Moms get to be part of and help to celebrate such special moments. We hope it’s a core memory she’ll carry forever.

It’s that time again…..beach picnic time!

We kicked off the season celebrating a sweet girl turning 8️⃣. Her parents kept it a surprise and we pulled it off beautifully, she was thrilled and loved every minute of it. The “emma is 8” on the charcuterie board was chef’s kiss.

We love love.

We were honored to get to create and be part of their vow renewal. Loving each other for 25 years and renewing that love to conquer the next 25 years. With the emerald waters in front of them, the white, sugary sand under their feet and their loved ones at their side, it was the perfect morning…..even if the wind wasn’t.

She said yes! 💍

Getting to be part of the biggest, most special life moments will forever be one of our favorite things.

This proposal will be one that’s never forgotten. Kyle was so nervous and so grateful that when I arrived, he said, “I’m just so grateful for you, I wish I could hug you.” Are you kidding? Gimme that hug!
(Before I get all sweaty with sand sticking to me from head to toe)

His beautiful bride-to-be had no idea and we pulled off the surprise so smoothly. To end the evening, they said, “I feel like we gained a friend that we’ll be keeping in contact with.” You absolutely did! He said she loves shells so I’m gathering some of my best shells I’ve found here, adding a few special gifts and sending them a surprise package. Congratulations to the Forehands!

This is absolutely one of the best parts of being a Beach Mom!

With friends like these….

When we were told this for the chalkboard, we knew it would be a good time. How special to have friends that you go on trips with AND get to have a beautiful picnic like this. That’s friends of a lifetime.

A fun Bachelorette picnic for some sweet young ladies yesterday evening. Was thankful the wild weather in the morning cleared up for them later in the day. Their theme for this trip was “The Summer I Turned Floyd” based on the series “The Summer I Turned Pretty”. Well let me tell you they were all pretty and so polite! 🩷

Surrounded by soft pale pinks, yummy food and endless friendship, they couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop than the waves lapping and the pirate ship sailing in the distance.

This beautiful beach picnic to celebrate a beautiful lady’s 65th birthday was setup against the emerald waters of the gulf coast with the sun shining bright. Until it wasn’t.
It was quickly covered by dark skies and some heavy wind. That’s always a possibility here…..but these ladies were just as beautiful on the inside as they were the outside. They were so grateful for the hard work it took to set up and gave us immense grace when it had to be taken down. And FAST. We offered to set it back up on their balcony or in their condo but they just wanted the place settings, so we did just that! Their words, “it’ll be another great memory to look back on”.
Of course, the storm didn’t last. It only ended up sprinkling a few drops but we could’ve never guessed that. Even amidst the chaos, these ladies were all smiles.

We were asked to set up a Hawaiian themed picnic so we delivered just that.
A colorful, fun beach picnic for the mother/daughter weekend. The sweet, surprised faces from all the daughters was priceless!

Celebrating Anita’s retirement was one for the books! Her reaction was the best, one we won’t forget!

They watched the setup of the picnic from their balcony, chatting and expressing their thoughts of it possibly being an engagement. As they walked up to the picnic, they were complimenting how pretty it was and that they were excited to see an engagement. Then Anita exclaimed, “wait, my name is on there”, and she was overcome with emotion.

She was the assistant superintendent. One of the other ladies was the superintendent who had retired the previous year. She gifted her with “the bell” at the picnic. The other 2 ladies were also in administration and the picnic was done in their school colors, purple & gold.

A fun beach picnic for 15, a table full of a delicious shrimp boil and a pretty lady’s birthday equals a grand ‘ole time.

One of the questions we get asked often is if food is included. We don’t include the food because we want it to be what YOU want. If we included it, this incredible choice of a boil wouldn’t be an option. It’s your picnic and we want the details to be everything you want and then some! 🏖️

A surprise 34th birthday picnic for the beautiful birthday gal was a success. We made it happen in her favorite color and she was over the moon….actually, under the strawberry moon!

Happy Saturday everyone! This is a long one but had to be shared!❤️

Last night, beneath the glow of the strawberry full moon 🌕 , a couple celebrated 27 years of unwavering love with a picnic that could only be described as magical! 💫 This sweet couple, whose love has grown deeper with each passing year, reminisced about the journey they've shared, their wedding day and previous anniversary dates! These two are doing it right and it shows! 🥰

Adding to the enchantment of the evening was a violinist 🎻 who was the sweetest and perfect match up for this couple! Her soulful melodies created a most peaceful and relaxing evening. Each note seemed to echo the couple's story and it was said that many of those songs played at their wedding, a beautiful soundtrack to their love that has spanned almost three decades. 🎶

This picnic under the strawberry full moon was more than just an anniversary celebration 🎉 . Their laughter, shared glances, playfullness and clear adoration for one another told a story of a love that is as enduring as it is sweet. This was such a special picnic to set up and as always we are so honored that you all put such special moments to celebrate in our hands!🫶🏻

Here's to their continued journey together, filled with many more picnics, dances on the beach, moonlit nights and anniversary celebrations! ❤️
