This week at BOXCAR, things get a little slimy, a little campy, and a whole lot weirder.

We’re kicking things off with Eaten Alive and Crocodile, taking a trip back to the video store with Teenage S*x and Death at Camp Miasma: The VHS Tour, and spending Friday and Saturday nights doing the time warp with The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) and live music from The Mizfits.

Then we’ll close out the week with another King of Drag Watch Party on Sunday.

Creature features, VHS nightmares, fishnets, and drag. October is doing exactly what October should.

A television reporter and her cameraman follow a group of firefighters into an apartment building where something has gone terribly wrong. Soon, they're trapped inside with an outbreak spreading through the halls.

Presented with Auburn University World Languages, Literatures & Cultures / Jorge Muñoz, this screening brings one of the most relentless found-footage horror films back to the big screen.

This week, we're traveling from a mysterious island in East Germany to the claustrophobic chaos of REC, diving headfirst into the body horror of The Substance and Rabid, and getting dressed up for BOXCAR's Spooky Prom Night.

We've got two prom-night classics, a live music lineup featuring Varsity Blues, Carmine Sun, and 7th Try, and another Sunday with King of Drag.

Bring your curiosity, your best costume, and maybe a friend to hold your hand through the scary parts.
