Not all teams are created equal!

Let’s have an honest chat…

The surface level look at this photo shows a beautiful table display!

The real story is 225 plated salads, 225 glasses filled with ice and water, all during a 30 minute cocktail hour between ceremony and reception.

These are simple tasks by themselves, no doubt! These tasks alongside passing appetizers and preparing an entire dinner meal to go live all in a 30 minute window requires absolute ex*****on.

Amazing food by itself can’t get this done, I’ll sell you on my team all day long!

As a veteran owned company, we couldn’t be more honored to be chosen to serve the Auburn University Veteran’s Appreciation Program tonight!

We had a great time with great food and even better people!

They also had some of the coolest cookies made for the event from Edible Art by Ellie!

The kabobs were absolutely on point and pork tenderloin was to die for, as always.

We had a great time with Auburn Med Spa at their big holiday event!

Smoked chicken casserole on phyllo shells, pimento croissants, caprese on a spoon, classic ham and cheese tailgate sliders…we know their guests were well fed!

Another big weekend at Auburn Oaks is in the books!

A huge congrats to Grace and Michael and all of our best wishes!

This wedding couldn’t have been a more smooth experience from a catering standpoint and that’s thanks to our amazing team!

We have a very, very limited amount of holiday dates left so if you need to get on the books, we need to plan it this week!

We are capping off a huge weekend with over 225 new friends at Fountainview Mansion in Auburn!

Congrats to our newlyweds and thanks for having us as such a huge part of your big day!

We had a great menu with Parm Crusted Chicken, Flank Steak, Garlic mashed potatoes and Roasted Veggies.

We also plated a Strawberry Salad, passed appetizers during a quick cocktail break, cut the cake, and served drinks.

It takes a real deal team to pull off an event like this and we simply have the best!

What a weekend!

2 weeks in a row of rehearsal dinner -> tailgate -> wedding reception and this one was such a treat!

We also worked out of two great venues this weekend between Choctafaula and Auburn Oaks!

We hit everything from deconstructed caprese salad to smoked chicken thighs, cheesecakes to Mac and cheese, smoked chicken quarters to banana pudding, and more!

Best of all, we got to serve hundreds of great people having a great time!

Tough day on the plains but at least these folks were well fed!

300 sliders, 30 pounds of meatballs, sides and some sweets…hard to beat!

We love a huge Auburn win and a huge Auburn tailgate weekend!

Our team knocked it out of the park yesterday and we absolutely couldn’t serve at this level without them!
