What is your delivery area? Chattanooga and surrounding area
When do you deliver? We usually deliver after 8pm. We can also deliver
during the day when the person is at work. Most displays are picked up sometime the next day, unless it is needed for another order. In that case, it will be picked up after dark on the event date. When should I reserve my signs? While we can accommodate last minute orders, sooner is better. We have a limited number of each critter so the sooner you call, the better chance you have at getting the display you want. What is your refund policy? You must call to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date for a refund. We will also issue a refund if the weather prevents delivery, and you do not wish to reschedule. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF the homeowner prevents set-up, or calls for early pick-up, there is a dog loose that poses a threat, or if you give the wrong address or bad directions, and we can't reach you for assistance.
