We will be closed this week as we travel to see family in Florida. We will reopen on May 26, we will announce our location on Monday May 25. Thank you all for your support, last week was a banner week and we enjoyed meeting so many new folks and introducing them to our culinary delights. Good morning Oneida and Scott County,

We are again at the Oneida Farmers Market at Tractor Supply on Alberta today serving hand crafted breakfast and BBQ until 2pm today.

We will then move our mobile kitchen to Big South Fork Brewing for Adult Prom. Shine up your best pair of boots and head out for an amazing night with appetizers served inside and then a special menu for this evening.

Bacon wrapped petite filet mignon served with Diane Sauce or Pecan Crusted Chicken with a pecan cream sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and Green beans. We will also of course have our award winning BBQ.

Today we are also serving our hand crafted potato salad and a special dessert Bread Pudding with a blueberry compote and whipped cream.

We have a huge announcement!

Friday at 9am we will be having our official ribbon cutting ceremony. We will be set up at Autozone at 19631 Alberta St Oneida TN 37841. Anyone who comes to the event and gets in our ribbon cutting ceremony photo will receive a coupon for a free pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich. No purchase is necessary! We will be serving up all of our fresh made to order items including breakfast tacos, breakfast burritos and sandwiches as well as our waffles and loaded waffles.

Then we will be in the same spot until the end of the car show. Come grab a sliced or chopped brisket sandwich or a pulled pork or chicken sandwich. Or try one of our legendary smash burgers.

Good morning Oneida and Scott County,

Its your 7am burrito calling! We have our full breakfast menu this morning with our loaded waffles, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast tacos and burritos and more. Stop by Cricket Wireless on Alberta St in Oneida for your fresh made to order breakfast or join us for lunch for a sliced brisket, pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich or plate with all tge fixins.

Fact of the day: we slow smoke all of our meats by hand using a custom made smoker built in Oliver Springs and now she travels with us most places we go. Our brisket is smoked an average of 12 hours, pork butts for 16 hours and smoked chicken that we hand pull for 4 hours.

Someone yesterday asked me why brisket is so expensive, the simple answer is the cost of brisket, we receive it raw and has an average price of $5.99 a pound but when you cook a brisket you loose 40% to 50% of the brisket because of the large layer of fat on top that we cut off before cooking so its real cost is more like $12 a pound, that doesn't even factor in spices, wood and the time it takes.

Breakfast is calling and we are open right across the street from Walmart and McDonalds.

This week we will again return to support our friends at Cricket Wireless on Alberta. Sign up for any new plan and receive a free pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich and fries.

Tomorrow's breakfast special is a 3 egg omelette with your choice of bacon, sausage, bell peppers, onions, tomato or jalepenos then add Swiss, pepperjack, American or cheddar cheese served with our RRR Potato hash.

Good evening Oneida!

I wanted to thank the farmers market for allowing me to be part of their event. We got to meet so many new people and we're welcomed by all. While being here we heard some unsettling news, that a person is continuing to go around and tell other vendors that I made comments about their trailer being dirty. So apparently I need to repeat a previous post. I have never made comments about the cleanliness of any food trailer, again every trailer in the area has been inspected by the health department and receive nearly 100 scores. We are not sure what the motivation of this individual is. I do nothing but like all of thier posts as I have for many months before I ever got a food trailer. I will continue to support every local business in Oneida and Scott County. Buy small yall!

If this individual would like to speak to me in a business like conversation I would be happy to do so instead of threatening my business and me personally. You know who you are and you know how to find me.

Sorry to air this publicly but I hope this person will get the message. I have reached out with an olive branch as I am a nice guy.
