Imagine eating a Wild Sistaz Bowl made with natural hand harvested wild rice that was parched and processed over open flames, instead of cultivated black paddy wild rice. Now that, my friends and relatives, would be a Wild Sistaz Bowl on a whole other level!
Shout out to all the relatives who go out and harvest Manoomin/Psin in its natural environment. Blessings on blessings on blessings.
Shout out to Ukwakhwa for everything they do! We get to share all this goodness with our relatives at the farm. Thankful for all their help!

Yes! We love Ukwakhwa and all that they do. You can feel the goodness of the spirits of the sacred foods they have there. Always a good time being there.

On a Wednesday morning in May, the kitchen at Ukwakhwa (Oneida for “Our Foods”) is buzzing with the energy of a restaurant kitchen during dinner rush and perfumed with the smells of a delicious meal that is almost ready.
