For those of you that have been asking when I will have my food truck out. WELL, Friday May 29th, I will be at West Monona Elementary School in the circle drop off from 5-7 ish maybe later. Come see me! Come check out what the Loess Hill Prairie Seminar has to offer. The guys and gals put alot into this every year. There is a lot of really neat things to see and do. Hope to see you!! Wow, you guys are amazing! You helped raise over $1,000 to build beds for kids. I still have a few racks of ribs if you couldn't make it tonight. They are $25.00 a rack. We started off with 50 racks and ended they night with 12 racks left. Buy them up freeze them for a night you have a game or don't feel like cooking. There is no bbq sauce on them so you can put your favorite sauce on them if you would like. Let me know if you would like some. Thank you to EVERYONE that came tonight. We even had a family come from South Carolina to eat tonight. Well to come visit as well.

Is anyone interested in buying family packs Tuesday. As you know we will be selling ribs at the Hut Tuesday. A family pack will come with 2 racks of ribs and 2 sides this will feed a family of 6- 8 people. If you are interested please contact me right away. I will be taking pre orders for the family packs only. This will be 65.00 for the family pack

Just a reminder we will be at the Hut next Tuesday serving ribs for Sleep in heavenly peace ( beds for kids ) this is a great organization that builds bed for kids that do not have beds. They have a long list of kids that are in need of a bed. So please come get some ribs to help raise money to build these beds. Let's knock it out of the park. This will probably be out last time out for the season since the grand baby will be here soon. We hope you will all join us for dinner. I will have some of my other menu items available as well. You will be able to buy full rack, 1/2 rack, and rib dinners. Rib dinner will be 3 ribs, smoked cheesy potatoes or smoked mac n cheese, smoked baked beans, and smoked peach cobbler.

Thank you to everyone that came to see us at the races tonight at the fairgrounds. Once again you kept us on our toes. You rocked our world once again. Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts!! We appreciate each and every one of you.
