Today I had the pleasure of catering at the Bella Terre Vineyard in Glenwood, IA for Crystal Monique and Ashley Nicole. Lunch, snack, dinner and dessert were all provided, pictured below is the family style Mediterranean meal with various hummus boards, Greek salad, assorted breads, grilled veggies, chicken and, steak skewers over a bed of Mediterranean style rice...and for dessert...Vanilla Bean ice cream drizzled in chocolate and caramel sauce with Chocolate Whiskey!
