For Diana and Lupita, owners of CJ’s Party Bus LLC, the journey itself has become an important part of the quinceañera experience.
Two Hispanic women entrepreneurs, Diana and Lupita share a passion for creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for every family they serve. Their business also carries a meaningful connection to their roots: Lupita is from Chihuahua, Mexico, while Diana is from Jalisco, Mexico. The name CJ’s represents those two places—“C” for Chihuahua and “J” for Jalisco—making their company a reflection of their heritage and the journey that brought them together.
From a “Crazy Idea” to a Growing Business
CJ’s Party Bus began in 2019 with what Diana and Lupita jokingly describe as a “crazy idea.”
After enjoying a party bus experience with friends, the two entrepreneurs began wondering why they couldn’t create that same excitement for others. What started as a fun conversation eventually became a business.
The journey wasn’t always easy. Like many small businesses, CJ’s Party Bus faced significant challenges during the pandemic in 2021. Yet, Diana and Lupita continued believing in their vision and worked through the difficult times.
Today, they proudly look back at how far their business has grown—and at the many families who have trusted them with some of life’s most meaningful celebrations.

More Than a Ride
CJ’s Party Bus specializes in transportation for a wide variety of special occasions, including quinceañeras, weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16 celebrations, and other memorable events.
For quinceañeras, the team provides transportation for the quinceañera and her friends to photo locations, celebrations, outings, and wherever their celebration takes them.
While parents manage the countless details that come with planning a quinceañera, Diana and Lupita focus on taking care of the young women in their care—providing a comfortable, professional, and safe environment where they can enjoy the experience together.
And that experience can become a celebration of its own.
Inside the bus, friends can dance, laugh, listen to music, take pictures, and enjoy each other’s company while creating memories along the way.
