We were proud to support the 2026 Deterrence Symposium and Experience Day, bringing together leaders and professionals from across the defense community. Our team supported in the planning and ex*****on of both events, coordinating details behind the scenes to create a seamless experience for attendees.

Experience Day gave participants an opportunity to step outside the traditional conference setting and get a closer look at the work being done in the field. Attendees were able to see strategic assets up close while hearing directly from aircrews and taking in a portion of the Air Show rehearsal.

We were excited to help bring the Railway Interchange to life! Bringing together more than 4,000 rail industry professionals from around the globe, the conference showcased the latest technology and innovations across the industry.

As part of the event, we helped plan the outdoor reception and coordinated the vendors supporting the evening. Live music set the tone for the reception, while the photo booth and carnival games gave attendees a chance to step away from the conference and enjoy time together in a more relaxed setting.
