Welcome to the Porchfest OMA lineup! Joining us on Sunday, October 4th for the 10th Annual Porchfest OMA is Joe & Tay.

Joe Donnelly is a multi instrumentalist that plays in bands such as Gallivant & Kris Lager Band. During the pandemic Joe needed to find ways to spread his music and perform. He Started doing weekly live streams. He brought his talented wife Taylora Donnelly in on them to share her voice. The husband and wife duo was an instant online hit. Joe and Tay started playing in person shows shortly after the shutdown and have been ever since. With a release of their first single “Back and Forth” and a 2021 OEAA nomination for best new artist, they have come a long way in a short amount of time! You do not wanna miss easy listening fun acoustic duo with a nice mix of classic covers and originals. Enjoy soothing harmonies and groovy loops that will have you singing along in no time!

A Porchfest OMA staple. Matt Cox returns Sunday, October 4th for the 10th Annual Porchfest OMA.

Since the early 2000s, Shenandoah, Iowa, native and singer/songwriter Matt Cox has been writing, recording, and performing across the United States, developing his signature road-worn vocals and guitar-harmonica style. With a song catalog as vast as the plains, Cox blends classic country, folk, bluegrass, rock, and rhythm & blues.

Now based in Omaha, Cox is a member of the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a ten-time Omaha Entertainment and Arts Award winner, including eight wins for Best Americana/Folk, as well as Album of the Year (2018) and Best Blues (2008).

Over his career, Cox has shared the stage with artists including Elizabeth Cook, Jason Boland & The Stragglers, Chris Knight, Shovels & Rope, Drive-By Truckers, Son Volt, Peter Case, Greg Brown, Michael Hurley, Charlie Parr, Bill Kirchen, David Allan Coe, and Willie Nelson.

Omaha blues legend makes his debut appearance at the 10th Annual Porchfest OMA on Sunday, October 4th.

Award-winning blues artist Hector Anchondo captivates audiences with his soulful vocals, masterful guitar work, and heartfelt songwriting. A longtime staple of the Midwest music scene, his passion-fueled performances have earned him top honors, including the first-place prize in the solo/duo category at the 2020 International Blues Challenge.
