5.9.26 was so fun and the energy of this whole wedding day was PURE JOY, in a way I’ve never felt. Every person that touched the day was absolutely giddy for Aden and Anna ❤️‍🔥 and I think that says so MUCH about who they are as people.

It’s so special getting to be a little piece of every step of your journey 🪄

Whether it’s a proposal, engagement, wedding - I’m so down! I have so much fun getting to know you and the whole process of documenting candid moments of your life.

I do a questionnaire with all of my couples pre engagement session and it’s so so so much fun AND educational. I ask them all the questions I would if I were interviewing my BFF or grilling them on a first date. I don’t require them to respond in video format, but I request it. Whenever I get a video response it lights up my world — it’s so vulnerable and exciting to see someone’s true personality through facial expressions and body language. It immediately strengthens our connection from the jump and in turn creates beautiful, authentic, straightforward images.

Blessed to have couples that care just as much as I do about their photo experience. When both parties are all in, the magic is undeniable ✨💖

I am so GEEKED to be a Nebraska Wedding Day “Best Of” Finalist 💖

This is my first ever photography / business award I’m up for since my college days and it feels so cool to be recognized as an adult doing my job. HUGE thank you to each of you that voted for me to be nominated 🫶🏻 it makes my heart so happy that you see my work and think it’s meaningful / emotional / well composed / or just a nice photograph that makes you feel something when you see it.

Tomorrow is the last day to vote for the final winner (this round is only for wedding vendors to cast their opinion). I’m tryna be your favorite wedding vendor’s favorite wedding vendor if you know what I mean?? 😉

But really, this is my dream job and I’m hella thankful my mom shoved a camera in my hand all those years ago!
