That’s our girls- couldn’t be prouder of the KCC Bakery team with McKenna Brown and Angelique Hudson and the founder and dreamer of the bakery, that started in high school, for our Kelsay Cosgrove!

Dream big and be ready to work hard and push and pause through and enjoy the moments all along the way! Gods purpose can’t be taken by anyone! Get it!!!

For the last few years, KCC has been built one loaf, one market, one porch pickup, and one conversation at a time.

We've baked from our home, delivered to our wholesale partners, met so many of you at farmers markets, and watched this little bakery become something we could have only dreamed about.

Now it's time for the next chapter.

KCC Sourdough Bakery & Kitchen is coming to Olde Towne Elkhorn.

This space isn't just about opening a storefront. It's about creating a place that feels like home. A place where you can stop in for fresh sourdough, grab breakfast on your way to work, meet a friend over a bagel, pick up lunch, or simply be part of a community that believes good food brings people together.

When we started looking for a permanent home, location mattered. We wanted to stay close to the community that first believed in us while making KCC more accessible for everyone across Bennington, Elkhorn, Omaha, Valley, Waterloo, and beyond. Olde Towne Elkhorn felt like the perfect fit, a place with history, heart, and a community that values supporting small businesses.

This is so much bigger than a bakery to us. It's the beginning of a place where neighbors become friends, where milestones are celebrated over fresh bread, where you'll always be greeted by a familiar face, and where community comes first.

There is still plenty of work to do before we welcome you through our doors, but we couldn't wait to finally share the news!

Over the coming weeks, we'll be bringing you along behind the scenes as we transform this space into something we've dreamed about for a long time, a bakery built for community. Built for gathering. Built for slowing down. Built for you.

Thank you for every preorder, every market visit, every recommendation to a friend, every loaf you've taken home, and every word of encouragement you've shared along the way. You believed in KCC long before we had a storefront, and because of you, this dream is becoming a reality.
