After you’ve had an amazing event where everyone has taken A LOT of pictures, the M-Snapz team returns, does a last call for pictures, and takes down the photo booth, which takes approximately 30 minutes (depending on the set up). The host will receive an email containing a zip file of ALL the photos and assets from the event. These images can be downloaded, saved, and kept forever! These images are great for marketing purposes if the event was for a business or nonprofit. If the event was for a wedding, shower, grad party, or some kind of celebration, the images make a great addition to thank you gifts! We also ask the host, if they feel so inclined, to leave us a Google Review so M-Snapz can keep bringing the fun to other peoples’ events! 📸 🎉

During your event, this is your time to have fun with the booth and create lasting memories. The main goal is for you and your guests to have a great time! What is M-Snapz doing during your event? It depends on if you have an attendant; below we’ll explain the purpose of an attendant and the types of events that benefit from an attendant. If it is a drop off, we are available to the host by email or phone as needed. If you have an attendant for your event (included with print experiences), the attendant makes sure everything is running smoothly, assists guests as needed, and helps to make it an experience!

Does your event need an attendant? The goal of an attendant is to help the process go more smoothly. Our booth is designed to be self run, but sometimes it is helpful to have an attendant especially for experiences with the print option. We require an attendant when it is a kid event. You can also add on an attendant to any of the digital options.

For Part 3 of our “You’ve booked. Now what?” Series, we’re talking about the day of your event! 🌟 Our team arrives 45 minutes to an hour prior to your event to coordinate with the point of contact, find a spot to set up, and begin to put together your experience. The set-up process for M-Snapz includes assembling the backdrop (if you are using one of ours), assembling the booth, taking test photos, and doing a tutorial with one or two people if it's a drop off. It is a quick and efficient process because we know event set-up is chaotic already so we want our set up to be the easiest part of your day. ✅️

One backdrop, many events! Of our 16 available backdrops, Northern Lights is one of the most popular due to the neutral charcoal background and the light accents on the top. This backdrop works for a variety of events including formals, fundraisers, weddings, and more because of it’s subtle but pretty design.

You’ve taken the plunge and decided to book M-Snapz Photo Booth Rental for your upcoming event. Now that you’ve booked, what’s next? 🤔 We frequently get questions about the booking process and everything that comes after. For this “what’s next?” series, we are going to discuss the ins and outs of this process.

After you’ve booked your Full Digital, Print, and Combination experience, you will be sent a questionnaire regarding the theme, colors, and wording of your event and preferences for customization (photo booth only experience does not complete this questionnaire). In this survey, you will choose the style of template and backdrop. Following the questionnaire, we will send you customized template options. Approximately a month before the event, you will choose and approve your desired template. Also during this step, you will pay 50% upon booking your photo booth experience then pay the rest two weeks before your event. During this time, you are welcome to reach out with any and all questions!
