My name is Alfred, the owner of Alfred’s Catering, and I am excited to announce the launch of: Al’s VegMex! This is a line of vegan Mexican food. We are a small and locally owned business and we look forward to earning your support. You can purchase our vegan red enchiladas and burritos in multi-packs at HyVee (1745 Madison Ave Ste 1, Council Bluffs, IA 51503).

Our salsa will be sold in all Supermercado Nuestra Familia locations.

Do to circumstances beyond our control our hours have changed for today only. We will be open from 1:30pm - 6pm. Our appoliges for any inconvenience. We look forward to being of service to all our Vegan Friends

Alfred's Catering is launching a VEGAN line of Mexican food on Monday, November 16th from 11:00AM - 6:00PM (food truck will be stationed at Jacobo’s Grocery Store parking lot -4621 South 24th ST).
The enchiladas and burritos are filled with yummy soy chorizo and beans. The first 80 customers on Nov 16th get a free tamale to go - these will launch mid-November so don’t miss the chance to sample them ahead of the holidays!
Entrees will be available for bulk order later this month (1 dozen min - frozen & individually wrapped). Preview the amazing food truck menu below!
