Smoked up some chuck ribs on the MiniMax, shredded them and rolled them up in a Tortilla along with some Cheddar Jack.
Fried them up in my and served these Taco Rolls with shredded Lettuce, Pico, Cotija and home made Avocado Crema.

Sweet & Spicy Island Style Garlic Butter Shrimp

I melted 5tbsp Butter in my and added 5 cloves of minced Garlic while I cooked up some Butterfly Shrimp in the Air Fryer.
I then tossed the fried Shrimp into the pan adding 1 cup Hot & Spicy Japanese BBQ Sauce and 2 cups of chopped Pineapple.
Green Onion and Sesame for the garnish and served over white rice.

This is a super quick and easy weekday meal packed full of flavor and it literally only takes about 10min to make.

I took a frozen NY Strip and sliced it extremely thin with my 10” Chefs then marinated the meat in 1/4cup of French Dressing, 1tbsp Garlic Sauce, 2tbsp , 1tsp White Tuxedo and 1tbsp SPG for a couple hours before sautéing it in my along with 1/2 a thinly sliced Red Onion.

I rested my dough with Truffle Oil before layering Garlic Alfredo Sauce, Italian Cheese Blend, Steak&Onion, Green Bell Pepper, Mushrooms and more cheese

So much flavor, so much YASSS
