Did some taste testing today!
Used some Summa Dat Que Pitmasters Blend as a base rub and Blues Hog Sweet and Savory on top of one of the larger slabs, and some Heath Riles BBQ on the rest. Combinations were Cherry/Competition, Pecan/Competition, and Garlic Jalapeno/Competition.
All were sauced the same -- some Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Products Cherry Apple Habanero and some Blues Hog Champions Blend.
Used my Smokin Brothers, Inc. Premier Plus 30 pellet grill with Bear Mountain BBQ Cherry and Pecan pellets.
