Building Velusa has been a huge learning curve! Lately, I’ve been focused on:

◇Finding the right matcha profile: smooth, umami, and slightly nutty, with zero bitterness.
◇Perfecting our strawberry compote: getting the sugar levels right and making sure it doesn't get too jammy.
◇Learning how to shoot and film content for social media (definitely still working on this one!).
