It has been a while since we fired up the so today we smoked a couple pork money muscles and 3 slabs of ribs. Also picked up more Colorado peaches and made some smoked peach cobbler. 🔥 🐖 🔥 🍑 🤤

Happy New Year!!!! Some surf and turf for New Year’s Day dinner and of course some black eye peas. Hopefully they bring us better luck this year compared to last year! 🙏 🩷 #2024

Merry Christmas from 🎄 🎅 Did our usual prime rib but also tried a beef Wellington this year. Flavor was great but a bit over cooked and will try it again. Hope you all had a Merri Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🐮 🔥 🤤

So much to be thankful for this year. Beautiful Thanksgiving day. Fired up the fueled by to cook up a brisket and a turkey. Had a massive spread and over ate. Happy Thanksgiving!🦃🍁🍽
