This past weekend I had the honor of catering for a graduation party. The menu consisted of the trinity of barbecue meats and a variety of sides. I am very grateful for the opportunity and I couldn’t have done it without the help and support of my family and wife!

Bels BBQ will be selling BBQ Half Pans Sunday October 29th!! The Pan includes 1lb of brisket, pulled pork, sausage and a half rack of pork ribs all this for $70!

This week's LC BBQ Product Spotlight is Texas Hill Country Blend!
Released in March 2023... this rub was developed a couple years ago and it's primary purpose is a one and done rub. We call it "Everything BBQ". Whether your cooking 100 chicken leg quarters, 30 racks of ribs or 10 briskets... this is your 1 layer and done for all of them. If your headed to the deer camp... just grab a shaker of Hill Country Blend and roll... it'll be perfect for backstrap, doves, or a big pot of pinto beans. ...And don't sleep on this guy in comps... it's what we used for our sausage entry that took 8th at the American Royal this year!
