Meet Pedro De Paz! Our General Manager, and one of the driving forces behind Slate✨
Guided by his faith in God, Pedro believes that every step in life has a purpose. His trust in God’s plan has shaped not only who he is, but also the way he leads — with integrity, gratitude, and compassion.
A husband, a father, a dreamer, and a doer, Pedro leads by example. Loyal, humble, and unwavering in his word. From the very beginning, when Slate was just an idea, he believed in the vision. He backed the dream before it even had walls, and that belief helped build what Slate is today.
A lover of music and creativity, and an entrepreneur at heart, Pedro shows up every day with consistency and purpose. Outside of Slate, he supports his church’s music ministry, helping organize and serve his community through faith and service.
