🏃‍♂️🏀🎺 JH/HS Sports & Band Physicals This Thursday!

Okeene Municipal Hospital will be offering Junior High and High School sports physicals this Thursday from 2:00–4:00 PM.

📌 This includes all sports AND band participants.

📄 Forms have been sent home with students from the school—please make sure they are completely filled out and signed by a legal guardian before arriving.
