The Ojai Retreat and Inn A secluded 5-acre hilltop property in Ojai, California, with 12 guest rooms, lush gardens, spectacular mountain views, and peaceful gathering spaces.

A beautiful setting for individual stays and retreats, group retreats, and hilltop weddings 🌿 The Ojai Retreat is a haven of natural beauty and tranquility nestled on a five-acre hilltop with stunning panoramic views of the Ojai Valley. We offer 12 guestrooms, both in the Main House and in cottages. Most guestrooms have a private garden or patio. All rooms have a refrigerator and microwave, free wifi, and are TV-free and telephone-free. A delicious European-style buffet breakfast is served every morning. The Ojai Retreat also offers three beautiful outdoor event venues, as well as a nature trail, and two meeting rooms in the Main House which contain books on spirituality and philosophy, and books by local Ojai authors. The Ojai Retreat is ideal for individual and couple getaways, as well as for group retreats, conferences and weddings. The Ojai Retreat is located 5 minutes from downtown Ojai, 20 minutes from Ventura and the Pacific Ocean, 50 minutes from Santa Barbara and 1 ½ hours from LAX. The Los Angeles Times placed The Ojai Retreat at the top of the list of places to stay in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

🍁 Ojai Day returns October 17 with local artists, music, food, vendors, and activities along Ojai Avenue. Look for the The Ojai Retreat booth by special invitation from the Ojai Valley Chamber of Commerce this year!

🍁 The Ojai Storytelling Festival follows October 22–25 with four days of stories and performances.
