There’s something unforgettable about looking out at all the people you love while taking your first dance as husband and wife.

For Carmen and Ben, that moment unfolded outside at Oak Meadow with their family and friends gathered around them, the grounds stretching out behind the celebration, and everything they had planned finally becoming real.

These are the moments we think about when we care for this property. We want the grounds to look their best, the spaces to feel welcoming, and every corner of Oak Meadow to be ready for the moments you’ll remember long after the wedding day is over.

Around the white walls of Oak Meadow, couples can find a quiet corner to step away before the ceremony and have a moment that belongs only to them. Maybe you exchange letters, say a prayer together, or simply stand there holding hands and reminding each other that after all the planning, the moment you’ve been waiting for
is finally here.

And then you walk away without peeking.

Some of the best moments on a wedding day happen when you get to steal away from everyone else for just a little while.

No timeline to think about. No one waiting for your attention. Just the two of you walking across the grounds, holding hands, laughing, and getting a few quiet minutes to take in the fact that you’re finally married.

That’s one of the things we love most about Oak Meadow. There are beautiful little corners everywhere you turn, from the open fields and foothill views to the white farmhouse and spaces tucked around the property. Your photographer can pull you away for a few minutes, and suddenly the venue becomes a quiet place for just the two of you.

We take care of these grounds and every detail surrounding them because this is exactly why we’re here.

For the big celebration, absolutely.

Some of the sweetest moments of a wedding day happen before the ceremony ever begins.

Before Maloree walked down the aisle to Zane, there were quiet moments with the women standing beside her. The friends who have known her story, prayed for her, laughed with her, walked through different seasons with her, and were now there to surround her as she prepared to become a wife.

There’s something incredibly meaningful about pausing in the middle of all the excitement to pray together. For the marriage ahead. For the promises about to be made. For Maloree and Zane as they begin this new chapter together.

The dress and flowers are beautiful. The celebration is exciting. But moments like these remind us what the day is really about.

And we love that Oak Meadow gets to hold space for them.

Yes, it’s beautiful. The all-white farmhouse, natural light, vaulted ceilings, statement fireplace, courtyard, open grounds, and Appalachian foothills make a pretty incredible first impression. But Oak Meadow was designed to be more than something beautiful to look at.

It’s the details that take a beautiful wedding day or anniversary celebration and make it feel completely personal.

For Donna and Randy, every choice came together to create a celebration that felt intentional from beginning to end. The florals, the cake, the carefully planned design, the music filling the room, and even having a live artist capturing the celebration as it happened all added another layer to their day.
