Good afternoon everyone,

We at Ogden Midnight Runners love to tell our story about how we went from a small group of friends starting a car club, organizing car meets, community clean up events, non profit events, to a now successful event production business today. We believe it's an inspiring story to tell those of you in our community, as it's important to remind the younger generation that you can do anything you set your mind to. 🙌

We have received endless amounts of support, love, praise, help, and collaboration from the community around us. We couldn't be more grateful for the car community and the Ogden community throughout the years! ❤️

With this being said, we believe it's important to remind the community that we are a business. We do offer certain discounts / trade work (on occasion), and we do non profit shows a couple times a year, as we believe giving back to the community should still remain a large portion of our roots. However, OMR unfortunately is not funded by anyone besides the owners and our sponsors on a yearly basis. As a business, we have expenses for every show we produce, and we would like to take a moment to make sure the community understands that it can be expensive to do the work we love to do.

As most can imagine, annual insurance, merchandise, paying staff, event insurance, renting venues, city permits, can all pile up in cost fairly quickly. We take the organization and funding of our shows VERY seriously and passionately, and we believe it shows in our work. We try to ensure that our car shows are a diverse, friendly, new and exciting environment.

Making these necessary steps as a business also changes our original startup from a "car club" to a business. We do not host car shows / meets for free. We carry insurance for every event, and our business. And most importantly, you will never find our logo on an event that is not personally overseen by us.

We do, however, offer event production services! We are able to provide car show services and most event services. This includes but is not limited to: Flyer design, merchandise design, merchandise sourcing, social media advertising, event management, staffing for events, online event management, trophy supply, filing city permits / county permits, sourcing of car show vehicles, vendors, and sponsors, and SO much more.

We are pleased to announce the 13th annual Import Spring Showoff Presented by LVRY returns to Burt Brothers Motorpark (Formerly Utah Motorsports Campus) on May 10th, 2025!

ISS is Utah’s largest and original grassroots motorsports festival. We put this show together for gearhead enthusiasts that share a common interest in cars. ISS features all types of modified vehicles from fully prepped race cars, daily drivers, drifters, show cars, street/race cars, stance, and everything else in between. ISS continues to build upon its foundation as the place to share your build with friends and others alike.

We are VERY EXCITED to introduce LVRY as our FIRST EVER presenting sponsor. We are so excited to expand on the work we did with LVRY last year and couldn’t be more grateful to have such an incredible motorsports brand with a focus on high quality headlines at the event. Their showroom will be again be the entrance going into the paddock for ISS 2025.

We are also excited to partner with Salt City Drift, Top Dollar Performance, and Ogden Midnight Runners for ISS 2025. -FREE ADMISSION to all spectators and passengers.
-Registration for paddock, VIP truck, and garage parking opens on Tuesday April 1st @ 7pm.

We have listened to your feedback in and for 2025 all ticket options INCLUDE the Taxes and Fees in the cost!

—$50 Paddock Parking

-Premium parking on the UMC paddock and in the heart of the facility with an easy walk to nearby activities. NOTE: Free parking will be outside in front of the UMC dirt parking lot.
-Vehicles in paddock parking will also be eligible to win one of our awards, and be exposed to the most media coverage.

—$75 Garage Parking

-Featured Indoor Parking in the UMC day garages and west Grand Prix Garages at the center of the event
-Early entry to the UMC paddock
-Limited quantity of 55 vehicles and an Application is required.
-Having a garage spot last year does not guarantee you one this year
-We will be selecting all build types to showcase in the garages.
-Our approval process is changing for 2025. Stay tuned for more details.

—$65 VIP Outdoor Truck Parking (Sponsored by Top Dollar Performance)
-Featured Paddock space exclusively for Trucks too large to fit in the Garages
-Early entry to the UMC Paddock
-Limited to 15 Trucks and an Application is required
-Parking at the center of the event directly across from the Featured Garages

—Free Paddock Parking
-We are looking for 10 volunteers to help us check in and park cars.
-Volunteers get early entry and Free paddock parking
-Volunteers get a free tee shirt
-After check-in, Volunteers can go enjoy the event.

As a Motorsports festival we are pleased to have multiple racing opportunities. Salt City Drift returns with Drifting on the West Paddock and the UMC Karting center will be open for public karting at the event.

We are still exploring options to bring Roll Racing to the event this year. But due to recent changes there have been some challenges with making this happen. We will keep you updated on how to participate in Roll Racing if we can work it out.

** Drifting Events **
-Salt City Drift will be having a 2 day Drift Event during ISS. If you want to participate you will register with Salt City Drift.
-Salt City Drift will be doing the very popular Drift Ride Along experience that you have come to love in the past.

** 30+ award categories **
-We have categories for practically every popular vehicle make
-Some vehicle makes have multiple awards
-Several off the wall type awards too and will have categories for everyone.

** People's Choice Contest **
-All vehicles registered by April 18th will have the option to take part in the people’s choice award.
-This contest is 100% selected by our social media followers and if you qualify for the 32 or 64 car field (depending on registrations) you will face off in a 1v1 March Madness style tournament with the 2 finalists competing live during ISS.
-Photos are required when registering to compete for People’s Choice. If no photos are submitted then you will not participate

** ISS merchandise and Food*
-We will have an assortment of ISS merch for sale.
-The UMC Kart track will be open for friendly competition.
-We will have plenty of food trucks to keep you fed. Try all the different options available.

** Sponsorship **
Did you know ISS has some of the cheapest sponsorship prices for an event our size in the western United States? Don’t miss your opportunity to advertise at our event with your business. Please email [email protected] for all sponsorship inquiries.
-All spectators will exit the LVRY showroom directly on to sponsor row as in prior years.
-Indoor and outdoor sponsor booth options available
-Exclusive incentives for returning sponsors.
-Sponsor registration opens on April 2nd.
-Indoor garages are along the main walkway with full power hookups, a private restroom, and space for 3 vehicles. A second garage can be purchased at a discount.
‐Outdoor sponsor booths are similar sizes to what was offered in 2024. A standard space is 45 ft deep by 40 ft wide. This space is designed to focus on a 10x10 tent and 2 vehicles. The space behind the tent can be used for 3 additional vehicles or to store trailers and support vehicles, but really it's up to you to use this space however you would like.
‐You can buy additional outdoor space to increase the size of your booth.
‐A donation to our charity raffle is required
-A dedicated team is available to take care of and assist our sponsors

** Everything Else **
-We will have a DJ Dizzy-D at the event again.
-The Rev-Off will Return
-Ongoing 12+ years of donating to Primary Children’s Hospital. We don’t do this event to make money. We do it to give back to the community. All proceeds from raffle sales are donated to Primary Children's.

The 2nd annual OMR indoor car show was a huge success again this year! We had a blast with the community, and it's always amazing to see those of you who are just as eager as us to get the ball rolling on the car season! Take a look at our favorite highlights of the event below!

As 2024 slowly comes to an end, those of us at Ogden Midnight Runners would like to express our gratitude to all of those that have helped us make for such a successful first year as a small business.

We'd first like to extend a huge thank you to all of you who attend our events. We always recognize those of you who come regularly. We love the atmosphere you help us create, your willingness to interact with our social media, your kind words of encouragement, and we couldn't be more grateful to see familiar faces at every event we host. We especially appreciate those of you who help our non profit events, as the generosity we receive every year is beyond our wildest dreams. You will always be welcome into our OMR family, and we hope to continue seeing you next year as we continue to make these events bigger and better! ❤️

Next, we would like to thank YOUTH IMPACT, INC. , Jeff Kemp, and all board members / staff / directors who were involved with OMR throughout the year. As most of you know, we organize a few events for our favorite non profit listed above, and we could not be more grateful to have such a great relationship with an amazing program to help shape the next generation of car enthusiasts. We appreciate your time, efforts, and donated venues in helping us organize successful events for our youth. We cherish every opportunity to help youth impact.

To our staff / volunteers - OMR would be nothing without our essential inner circle of staff. These guys help us organize events, design merchandise, direct traffic / attendees, set up and take down of events, and so much more I won't list to prevent a book from being written! 😂 Our staff make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, all because they have faith in where our future is heading. To our VP - Veronica Rhead took up the role of VP (sorta voluntarily but not really 👀😂) at the beginning of this year. Veronica designs most of our graphic designs, flyers, t shirts, etc. She helps us make connections with tons of local business owners and car enthusiasts. Helps us detail our cars under her own business VCR Auto Detail ! She helps us spread the word a ton through social media. And she helps us through critical decisions that cannot be left up to 1 person. She is a rock within OMR, and deserves an endless round of applause for her efforts in helping us become as successful and popular as we have. We appreciate you Veronica. 🙌

To our photographer - Moist photography, to say the least, was a huge savior in making sure our social media could be filled with photos of every event we hosted this year. Because of Moises, we were able to insure that all of our events had professional photos taken of most everyone in attendance. Capturing the atmosphere of 12+ events throughout the year is a near impossible task to ask from any photographer, yet Moises always pulled through. We appreciate all your hard work in providing the photos to share with our followers all year long. 📸

We wouldn't have had the resources we were able to disperse to our community. We hope to see most of these sponsors again next year, as we had an amazing time talking highly of all of these businesses to anyone who would listen. I think it's safe to say we had another great year hosting OMR's Day of the Dead Car Show (Dia de los mu***os)... We always enjoy doing this event and seeing the variety of cars, altars, and culture the community is able to embrace. Thank you to everyone who came this year, until next year! 💀 :) 🎉

We want to give a huge shout-out to our VP Veronica Rhead! Veronica wanted to try out hosting a car show on her own, and we were more than excited to back her as she tried this out! She VERY successfully put on the OMR X Bonneville Highschool Car Show, a fundraiser car show for the Bonneville Garage team to compete at SEMA in Vegas, as they didn't have the funds this year to go! Thanks to Veronica, within 8 weeks, she and many others who helped contribute to this awesome show were able to raise over $6,500!!! Can you believe it???
