Hello Fiddlestickers. It’s been a while since I posted anything. Busy summer but here is the latest enticement to your next Fiddlesticks event... Blueberry scones.
Perfect compliment to a nice hot cup of Lord Grey.
Hello Fiddlestickers! It’s been a while since I posted, busy summer but now I’m back. 🤓
This may be a new addition to any events you may have in mind. Blueberry scones. Experimented this eve with great results. The fruit is in the scone so no extra sugar with the preserves, just add the clotted cream and yum yum yummy goodness!

UPDATE: We changed our plans. We WILL be at Chamberlain Acres Farmers Market after all this summer. We are taking a couple of weeks off, but will return on June 30. Then, from July 7 on, we will be there every other week until September 15. Full schedule posted in the comments.
After some careful deliberation, we have decided not to attend Chamberlain Acres Farmer’s Market this summer. Our coffee will remain available inside the gift shop of the garden center, along with several of the local products we regularly brought to market, such as shrubs and tonics from Finger Lakes Harvest, and local raw honey from Dancing Bees Honey Farm in Cayuta. We will return to market in September.
Meanwhile, you will continue to find all of the other regular vendors--and some new ones--in Southport:
- Mike, with cheese from Sunset View Creamery and bread from Paradiso's Village Bakery;
- Melissa from Silverfox Farm, with microgreens and fresh produce as well as cider, apples and maybe even applecider donuts from Little Tree Apple Orchard;
- Amy from SteAmy Farms LLC, with pasture-raised meat and raw honey;
- LizAnn from Body Delights By LizAnn, with her beautiful soaps;
- Debbie from Fiddlesticks Tea Co., with her quality all-natural loose-leaf teas.
Exciting news! Appleridge partnered with Fiddlesticks Tea Co. to create our very own brand of tea. During our tea party tasting, last week residents were asked to suggest names for the new tea and Dorothy Liberatore had the perfect name - Dilly Dally! The tea will be available soon in our Confections Boutique.
Thank you for inviting Fiddlesticks. A jolly good time was had by all this afternoon.
