People see the setup and think that’s the job. In reality, setup is the smallest part of what we do.

A typical workday looks like:
✨ Responding to messages and consultations
✨ Designing and planning custom events
✨ Sourcing specialty materials (because no two events are ever the same!)
✨ Revising designs when clients change their minds (it happens—and we’re happy to make it perfect!)
✨ Inflating hundreds of balloons
✨ Building custom props and backdrops
✨ Loading, organizing, and prepping inventory

And after all of that…we finally get to the fun part: bringing it all to life at the event.

Every celebration is unique, which means every workday is too. It’s a lot of behind-the-scenes creativity, problem-solving, and hard work that most people never see—but seeing our clients’ reactions makes every minute worth it. 💛

Here Comes the Son! We had the pleasure of creating this beautiful baby shower setup for a special little boy at Cunningham Hall at Starkey Ranch. Featuring a warm palette of burnt orange, country blue, and a bold yellow, this design brought the "Here Comes the Son" theme to life and created the perfect backdrop to celebrate this sweet new arrival.

Every celebration deserves a custom touch, and we love brining our clients' vision to life-one balloon at a time.

We were honored to partner with Lux Dance Collective once again this past recital season! 💜✨

Throughout May and June, we had the opportunity to bring to life the Lux brand by creating custom recital décor for both the stage and lobby, as well as transforming their team banquet into a beautiful celebration. From personalized backdrops and balloon installations to custom décor details, every element was designed to make these special moments unforgettable.

What makes it even more meaningful is that we've had the privilege of creating every décor piece for Lux Dance Collective for the past three years. We are truly grateful for their trust and support of our small business.

We’ve had the pleasure of being part of several events with Just Dance Academy this summer, and it has been so much fun!

For one of their outdoor events, we partnered with Mmmm Delicious to create a unique display that kept their amazing dessert shooters perfectly chilled on ice throughout the entire event. 🍰❄️

We love collaborating with and supporting other local small businesses because when we work together, everyone shines. Thank you to Just Dance Academy and Mmmm Delicious for letting us be a part of these special celebrations! 💛
