Decorating and making things look "just right?"

Caring for people and anticipating needs before they even have to ask?

Are you the friend who naturally jumps in to help, stays calm under pressure, and loves creating meaningful experiences for others?

If so, we may have the perfect spot for you.

At The Hilltop, we are looking for a few amazing women to join our event team as we continue serving weddings, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, showers, and other special gatherings.

This role is perfect for someone who:
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Loves hospitality and serving others
• Has an eye for detail and design
• Is dependable, organized, and proactive
• Works well on their feet for long hours
• Is personable and comfortable interacting with guests and vendors
• Can stay calm, flexible, and positive during busy event days
• Loves being part of a team that makes memorable moments happen

Responsibilities may include:
• Event setup and decorating
• Assisting with coordination throughout events
• Helping guests and vendors
• Keeping spaces clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Supporting timelines and behind-the-scenes operations
• Tearing down and resetting spaces after events

Availability:
• Nights and weekends are required
• Event schedules are typically released 2 months at a time and with at least 2 weeks notice (IE May/June schedule was released mid April)

Experience in hospitality, weddings, customer service, events, childcare, or decorating is a plus - but heart, work ethic, and attitude matter most to us.
