In Love with Sunday Brunch Weddings 🥹

So much love for Avery & Chloe last Sunday at Paine Art Center and Gardens

We helped set up the ceremony space, the tablescapes, and made sure their cocktail hour/dinner music played through the speakers they provided - my fiance set that all up, he is more tech savvy! And of course ensured we were following the timeline, communciated with their violinist/harpist, catering, and venue staff.

Another fun twist, their photographer had the wrong date & luckily enough, a family member had her camera, so I was able to snap all their photos (how GORGEOUS is Chloe's dress?!) - note to self, always bring my camera! Ya never know! 😁 I will always go above and beyond, as best as I am able, to make sure my couples have the most beautiful day 🤍

🍦My Bridal Shower - May 31, 2026 🍦

Being the planner that I am, it was hard for me to let someone(s) plan for me. My mom was in charge, and she is NOT a planner. I shared all my ideas, Pinterest board, shared my canva designs, and even made a spreadsheet (with tabs) for her. I thought that was enough, I delegated tasks to her and some friends, and took a step back - I tried to let others plan and spoil me.

After all the parties and showers I plan for all the occasions, I was actually excited to finally be the girl showered with love from all her people. Without much detail, in the end, everything you see here (except the lemonade bar, and Mike N Ike's display's, thank you to my aunt!) I did myself.

I made and ordered the welcome sign, planned the food/drinks, designed all the games (and ran them at the shower), purchased and set up the charcuterie board, I made all the signs, set up the ice cream bar, bought and prepped all the favors, and set up/decorated for the shower - my fiance and friend did come early and help. I bought cute outfits for our flower girls and ring bearer, thank you to Luke's yaya for bringing him, even for a short time 🤍

I am so appreciative of those that did come, they all made me feel so special - I wish I had been able to relax and chat with them more, rather than running around. I had to execute all the extra tasks throw at me the night before/morning of - but everything looked so cute.

Planning and throwing any shower or party is a lot of work; don't be the bride (or honored person) doing it yourself. Let someone like me plan and do all the things for you, so you and your friends & family can enjoy the celebration. ☺️💕

I had so much fun helping my friend plan her May wedding - and I have been on the go since - (and still working on camera photos), but sharing some of the DIYs I was happy to create for them.

-As always, Canva sign creation using her love for pink roses. 💀🌹

-The Bride asked me to make t-shirts for their reception, and I came up with the idea of them throwing during the grand march as they were nervous and this gave them a distraction!

-I also had the honor of throwing them their rehearsal dinner, (thank you to my fiance for picking up the pizza!) A few simple decorations go a long way.

-DIY seating chart sign, poster printed at Walgreens, and I hot glued fresh flowers o

nto it the morning of (and flower wall sneak peak) 😍

-How beautiful was my bride in her custom dress?! She was torn between two dresses, for different reasons, and the one she passed on had pink undertones - now, my seamstress is magical, and I sent her to her.... as you can see, magic - added a layer of pink tulle, and added straps for her comfort 🥹

-And also, adding the photo of the bouquet I made her again, because I am still so obsessed.

When I say I'll do it all, I mean it 🙂 **

✨️ Wedding season 2026 has officially begun! ✨️

First wedding, but as guests/groomsman! 🕸 BUT my coordination brain didn't turn off, especially when there isn't a coordinator present!

Venue owner knew this & asked for help having people sit for the grand march, the wedding party couldn't hear the dj down stairs and used me for communication, and the best man dinner/speech time was the same - made sure he was in the food line early! No one planned to cut the cake? No cutting "tools"? - No problem, I'll help out.

Sooo many things happen behind the scenes, that a day-of-coordinator handles/ensures and "teaches", and unfortunately too many couples skip us. Please don't!

Ahhh, it's almost wedding season!!

Designed these tablescape mockups for one of my brides - BEAUTIFUL - and this is just an image! Imagine the real thing! Just another thing I can offer to you! I am also helping this couple with creating their seating chart to match their hopes for flower assigned tables 🌹

🎈𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓫𝓲𝓻𝓽𝓱𝓭𝓪𝔂 to my brother! 🎈

His girlfriend booked an indoor golf simulator to surprise him... she needed some simple decor. Say no more! ⛳️🏌🏻‍♂️

And, as always, I baked the cupcakes (with the help of little babe) - very proud of them 😋🧁
