That’s a wrap and this was one for the books. Lake Country Event Planning and our vendors rocked out another beautiful, exceptional wedding. Over 1200 combined planning hours between me and my vendor partners and over 70 different staff people touching the full weekend of events and festivities. Fun fact: we were given full creative freedom and authority which is a rare occurrence for weddings. We’re not just talking decor and inspiration or choosing vendors..we’re also talking about choosing every piece of linen, furniture, style, colors, food, specialty drinks, mocktails and more. But of course this was with the partnership and advice of my outstanding vendor team.

And what a beautiful wedding day: the weather, the energy and vibes, and the love of this incredible family and their friends. Highlight: I’ve never seen a dancing crowd like this before. I barely saw the squares of the dance floor the entire time except for special dances. The band threw out bangers left and right, and kept everybody on the floor.

The kindness and generosity of the bride and groom’s family were more than I could’ve ever asked for. The love of the bride and groom’s friends and relatives made me smile the entire time. Lastly, the bride and groom are literal rockstars to me. I seriously felt I was in the presence of royalty (all I can say is…cue the Top Gun theme song). So kind, humble, and beautiful inside and out.

Saying goodbye to everyone literally brought me to tears. I will miss this one with all my heart and I wish Brynn and Matt a lifetime of love, good health and safety when serving our country.

I still get to say….i love what I do.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day celebrating these two. 🤍

From the very beginning, it was so clear just how much they love each other. The kind of love that shows up in the little moments, the big moments, and everything in between.

It was extra special seeing so much family come together to celebrate them, with people traveling from Arizona and all over to be there. There were so many laughs, happy tears, big smiles, and just so much love throughout the entire day.

We were so honored to be there to capture both the photos and video and to witness such a special day for two very special people.

Congratulations, you two! Your day was absolutely beautiful, and we are so happy we got to be a part of it. 🤍✨

People asked me why I gave up my Fourth of July weekend to work… It’s because of this beautiful couple.

I had the absolute honor of being Hannah and Joe’s wedding planner for their big day. Talk about a cool couple. Definitely the kind of people you want in your life and those sentiments carried over to their family and friends as well. Absolutely fell in love with everyone in the room that day.

Maybe it was because of them, maybe it’s because I love what I do or maybe it’s because love will always make me smile. I say all of the above! 💗💗💗

Service, food, entertainment, room: all top notch.

Day One: cruising to Hubbard Glacier. Absolutely stunning. Stats: 350 ft tall, 76 miles long, 7 miles wide. At its terminal face and towers, nearly 400 feet above the waterline. What makes it special: unlike most glaciers, it is currently advancing rather than treating.
