And here is the City of Oconomowoc’s boat reminding us that the Oz activities have been rescheduled for September 6th AND Oconomowoc celebrates its 150th birthday in 2025!!! There will be many fun events throughout 2025 including a Street Dance with lots of music, food and beverages!!

Sending a huge shout out to the Legion Band, our 2024 boat parade participants and the fireworks crew for braving the crazy weather and putting on an excellent show!! Thanks also to our 4 police officers for keeping everyone safe on the water. What a night!

August 17th is the BIG DAY! Come and enjoy the American Legion Band Concert at 7:30pm at the bandshell, then turn your chairs toward Lac LaBelle for the lighted boat parade followed by the FIREWORKS!

We would LOVE more boats in the parade and it’s not too late to enter. Email [email protected] for information. No pressure, no theme, just fun!! We hope to see you there! And remember to tune into 107.5FM on your radio to hear the concert and the emcee.

It’s time!!! Time to register for this year’s Lighted Boat Parade. The 2024 Parade is dedicated to Sarah Wierdsma. Sarah was an avid fan of the parade and got to cross it off her bucket list last year with this beauty. We lost Sarah too soon, but her positive spirit lives on. Her favorite Dave Matthew’s lyric was….” Celebrate we will because life is short but sweet for certain.”

Let’s make this year’s parade the best ever in honor of Sarah….
