🌟 Employee Spotlight: Ms. Casey
Behind the scenes at The Bus Bar & Grill, there’s one person who keeps so much of our operation running smoothly—and that’s Ms. Casey!
From managing kitchen staff schedules and keeping inventory in check to being a listening ear for our team, Casey wears more hats than we can count. You might even catch her helping servers stock coolers or jumping in to assist with customer orders when things get busy.
This week alone, she created and produced over SEVEN caterings successfully, while still keeping everything else on track.
Her dedication, work ethic, and positive attitude make her an invaluable part of our family.
And if you've ever seen her cruising around on her trusty walker, Ruby, you know that nothing slows her down. In fact, she can scoot around faster than most of us can walk!
