Let’s open that oven and start baking again!!!  chocolate cake, chocolate, custard, filling, buttercream frosting!!!
Feel good to be back in the kitchen again, doing some baking for my friend 11 year-old son. I made the cake and we decorated the top together when I delivered it this was great to have him participate in decorating his own cake!!!

 Let the fall baking begin!!!
first up is raspberry apple, roasted pecan roll-I haven’t done much baking with Filo dough-but when I am in others kitchens, I’ll just use whatever they have on hand and that’s what was available to me. I’m thankful that I can be creative. I don’t follow a recipe. And have a delicious simi-sweet treat for my VIP’s!!!
