Lengthy posts aren’t usually our vibe, but I feel like this one might deserve it.

First and foremost; whew . . . what a week! I never really understood the term “running on coffee and Jesus” until working 6 back to back all nighters. This past week proved to be our toughest, busiest, and most rewarding period since we opened. Some smaller feats that I am super excited to report:
- We started shipping out our trail mixes to the lower 48 with 14 initial orders that went out across the country. Thank you to our nonlocal followers that placed orders and are supporting us even from as far away as Twin Falls, Idaho!
- We started test runs on two new products. One that will be launched in just a couple weeks and the other that will be announced in a couple months!

But our biggest feat?? Over 11 bushels of peanuts were boiled and delivered for the 4th of July holiday weekend. For those of you who don’t deal in bushels; that is over 240lbs of peanuts. That’s a whole lotta peanuts y’all!

Thank you so much to each and every one of you. I am continually left in awe and so incredibly grateful for all the love and support we have gotten so far. We truly could not do good, without you eating Great. Getting the opportunity to use this platform to not only raise money and awareness for the LLS, but to be able to meet and talk with so many individuals who have a personal connection to the LLS is the drive behind what we do every single day. So while this past week had some growing pains involved; it also showed us just a glimpse of what we are capable of and that with hard work, dedication to an overall goal, and an amazing community supporting your vision — anything is possible.
