Lodge layout from the concert this past weekend.

Performers were on the stage with a 15' x 30' dance floor right in front. There were a total of 75 chairs at 8 rectangular tables.

Behind the dance floor, in the center of the Lodge, were three long columns of tables with a total of 57 chairs. Each column is made of two 8' tables placed end to end with 9 seats on each side plus one on the end for a total of 19 chairs in each column.

Two additional 8' tables were placed in the bar area with 9 chairs each and one end against the wall.

With this layout there would have been room fora DJ on the side of the dance floor and a large head table on the stage, as well as food or dessert tables up against the stage railings on either side of the step. An additional food or dessert table would have fit against the side of the bar. Drinks at the bar. A card/gift table against the back wall. This layout could also work well with food trucks.

A beautiful whimsical wedding with soft pastels and fresh flowers! The weather decided to clear up just in time for the wedding and some lovely sun-filled post-ceremony portraits!

Layout (plan included in images):
65 guests
6 dining tables with 10 chairs each
9 in the bridal party seated on the stage

3 rectangular tables on the stage
Dance floor just in front of the stage
Seating in front of the fire place

Appetizers and drinks on the patio for cocktail hour (nacho bar, so fun!)
Drink dispensers with pre-mixed cocktails and iced tea/lemonade on the bar
Food buffet in front of the bar
Desserts (homemade cookies and a cut cake) on a table by the door (with a freezer for ice cream!) plus a candy bar next to the bar
Cards, guest book, and favors on the back wall

Getting ready for a simple yet beautiful wedding reception!

10 dining tables + sweetheart table; 98 chairs total

BREAKDOWN:
Main floor: six 6-ft round tables with 10 chairs each; two 8-ft rectangular tables with 8 chairs each (76 total main floor chairs)

Stage: two 6-ft round tables with 10 chairs each; sweetheart table with 2 chairs (22 chairs on stage)

Service tables: two 8-ft tables by the bar; one 6-ft table by the front door; one half-moon table by the back door
