We are so thankful to Carle for being a platinum sponsor this year! Their sponsorship was designated for the purchase of medical equipment to support our local EMT/Medic volunteers and the safety of our fairgoers.

After a scary event last year, our main goal was to purchase an AED to have on site year round, which we were able to do! The purchase of this also came with AED training for 10 of our board members!

We were also able to get a designated first aid tent with a couple of seating options for medical care/use, a cooler to stock ice and supplies to combat heat exhaustion, new first aid kits (both field and stationary) anti-choking devices, blood stop kits, disposable gloves, CPR masks and more!

While we hope to never have any serious medical emergencies during the fair, we feel so much more prepared now!

It’s National Volunteer Week, and we want to take a moment to recognize the volunteers who bring our fair to life! (Even more than just pictured here!)

What many see in just a few days of fun takes months of hard work, passion, and teamwork, and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you for your commitment to our community and for the many hours spent working being the scenes to create something everyone can enjoy. We truly appreciate all that you do!

New at the fair this year!

Happening Saturday June 27th at the Vermilion County Fair, your team will compete in a variety of fun barnyard challenges like boot tossing, pig penning, and more!
