A year into the pandemic, when live music events were still not really happening, Oakland's own 3 time Grammy Award winner Fantastic Negrito came to the Park to play for a live stream fundraiser and a few of us were fortunate enough to be there in person for this amazing but short set. Take a closer look at one of the spaces we have available for lease in a historic Oakland Victorian home! The Remillard House was home to the family whose brickyards rebuilt the Bay after the great quake. Jack London spent some time in this house with heiress Lillian Remillard. This is also one of the buildings in the Park that is in its original location.
