A bird for every table. 🐦

They love birds, so each table was named after a different one. Can you name this local one? Hint: This is the official city bird of Oakland! 🐦 🤓

The dance! 💃🏻 🕺

10/10! It was a beautifully choreographed dance, complete with dips.

The local love 💕

Y+K made an intentional effort to support local vendors and small businesses. And what an amazing team they picked! 💐 Momo’s Flowers & More

The cocktails! 🍸🍹

Why #620? 📚

The bride has a goal of reading 1,000 books in her lifetime, so one of their signature cocktails was named for the book she was currently reading: #620 📖

The games! 🧩

The entree indicator doubled as a token for a game. Bingo and other games made this such a fun interactive experience for the guests.

The partnership 👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻

What really stood out was how they supported each other through a challenging week leading up to the wedding. They managed and conquered together 💪🏼👫🏻

Happily ever after 😍🥰🥂

We’re so grateful they chose The Terrace Room and such a dream vendor team for their Oakland wedding. Thank you Y+K for trusting us to be part of such a meaningful day 🤍

Here’s to a lifetime of books, games, birds, and dancing! 🥂 🧩🐦👩🏻‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻💃🏻🕺

One of our favorite things about being on Lake Merritt is that beautiful portrait locations are literally just steps away. It’s an easy way to capture some outdoor photos without taking time away from your celebration!

Let’s talk wedding setup details 📝🧐

When couples imagine their wedding day, they often picture the flowers, signage, and beautiful tablescapes. However, there is a whole foundation that makes those details shine.

At The Terrace Room, we provide the essentials: tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, food service, beverage service, bartenders, servers, and a stunning Lake Merritt backdrop! 😍

Then comes the fun part; your personal touches. From floral centerpieces and seating charts to es**rt cards, table numbers, cake, and décor, these are the details that make your celebration uniquely yours.

When the basics are already covered, you can spend more time focusing on the fun, personal elements that reflect your unique style and tell your story 💕
