Not just a restaurant, an institution.

has been open for over 50 years, I’ve been going there for at least 30 of those years.

My granddad took me as a child as a reward for helping him cut grass at a home he owned in the neighborhood of the restaurant & I’ve been going back ever since.

I remember staring at all the famous people in the wall as a kid & wanting to be up there but I didn’t think it would ever happen & knowing Mr. Chris…. I knew asking would likely guarantee it would never happen lol. (He’s a super kind person, but I would’ve been scared to get disqualified by any means 😂)

One day, years ago, I went for breakfast & Mr.Chris walked up to me & said…. ‘Young man, let’s go take this picture’ & there it is…. A childhood dream manifested.

Go get what’s yours today, including a tasty brunch if that’s what you need!
