Our brick and mortar restaurant The Doughjo closed its doors for good on January 15th, 2026, after 12 wonderful years in the Laurel District. I am restructuring the company to focus on our mobile wood fired Pizza catering services which will be resuming in the spring of 2026. Our mobile wood fired pizza catering operation runs almost year round, weather permitting. Our menus are fully customizable

Hey folks! So I thought I’d give everybody a little update on my condition. I think some of you know that I’ve been waiting nine months to get my hip replaced and it finally happened yesterday. So today is my first day at home and I am doing laps in the living room because that’s about all I can do. But I’m taking my time, and I’m hoping to recover very quickly, however I think the reality is I’m gonna be moving pretty slow for the next couple months. But as soon as we’re feeling better, I’m gonna get back out there and start doing Catering again hopefully by mid August in September so wish me well and I’ll see you all very soon!
