About last night!
Had a great time at the Meeting Professional International (WEC) President's Dinner. The Hilton San Francisco Union Square hosted the amazing event. Their newly renovated ballroom was beautiful and the delicious plant base option was creative and yummy. I would like to thank my girl Sidney Hunter for the invitation to be a guest of Hilton. What an incredible week! Congratulations to Housing California on a successful 43rd Annual Hybrid Conference. Each day was packed with rich workshops, plenaries and excellent speakers in-person at the Safe Credit Union Convention Center, Sacramento and virtually on our platform.
We heard from state elected leaders on how to radically reimagined our vision of a California with homes, health, and wealth for all. Special thanks to all of our sponsors and partners.

What an exciting celebration!
It was my honor to coordinate and LifeLong Medical Care 46th Anniversary Gala Celebration on March 26, 2022 at the Oakland Marriott.
We took our guests on a historical journey of LifeLong Medical Care, re -opening of the East Oakland Health Center and the Bobbie Award.

What an incredible week!
I attended the 43rd Annual National Black MBA Association Conference in Chicago. I networked with inspiring people from across the country, learned invaluable lessons and insights from top executives and speakers. Former NFL Player Michael Vick, R&B Singer Ledisi and Actor Wendell Edward Pierce to name a few. Had the opportunity to dive deep into the organization from a board prospective with NBMBA Chairman Donald W. Comer and President & CEO Joe Handy.
Of course we socialized after dark with rooftop parties and live performance by DJ
D Nice at Solider Field. I had to leave early for an event, but I left feeling empowered and looking forward to a productive year.

Sunday Funday! It's official, I'm a member of the National Black MBA Association, San Francisco Chapter. My new position is VP of Community and Social engagement. We had a great time at our Summer afternoon Soiree at Middle Harbor Park. I really enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Congratulations President Myisha Robertson for your incredible leadership. I look forward to being apart of the chapter.

Monday fun day!
I enjoyed a beautiful sunny day with two incredible women, my sister and Mrs. Grace. We took the ferry from Oakland to San Francisco for a delicious lunch.
Later that night we attended a red carpet movie premiere for Congresswoman Barbara Lee's movie "Speaking Truth to Power". It was a dynamic story. It will be released on August 20th a must see. Thank you Mrs. Grace and Joslyn.

What an incredible week! Congratulations to Housing CA on a successful 42nd Annual (Un)Conference. Each day was packed to the brim with rich workshops, plenaries, networking, and artistic expression through music, yoga, poetry, and excellent speakers.
To name a few, a powerful welcome from Congresswoman Barbara Lee, Heather McGhee the NYT bestselling "The Sum of Us" and transformational thinker Dr. Tiffany Manuel, who shared their knowledge and insights on racism's history in the US and California.
We heard from state elected leaders Senator Scott Wiener, State Controller Betty T. Yee, Secretary Lourdes Castro Ramírez, Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly, Assemblymember David Chiu and San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo.
We dreamed big with Michael Tubbs, former Mayor of Stockton, and Chris Hoene on how to radically reimagined our vision of a California with homes, health, and wealth for all.

What an incredible day! I'm filled with so much emotion, as I reflect on yesterday's in person graduation ceremony where I received my Master's Degree in Meeting and Event Management.
Last week San Diego State University announced students would walk across the stage during graduation.
Even with my off the hook virtual celebration in November 14, 2020, I really wanted to wrap up this educational journey by walking the stage!
I attend two ceremonies, the Payne School of Hospitality graduation on campus and the SDSU overall graduation at Petco Park Stadium.
Being celebrated by my incredible support system, my Mommy, Sister, Grace and family/friends that watched virtually, made my experience extremely special.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Daddy, I know you watched from heaven. We miss and Love you!
I want to also thank all of you that supported me in various ways over the years. Much love.

We took our guests on a historical journey of LifeLong Medical Care and honored the phenomenal Dr. Michael LeNoir with the Bobbie Award.
Our incredible Emcee Kumasi Aaron, News Anchor & Reporter KGO-TV made the night special, along with LifeLong Medical Care CEO David B. Vliet.
Inspiring performance by Grammy winner Barbara Higbie and Mia Pixley and closed out the night dancing in the virtual Club 45 Lounge with The World Famous Show with Big Russ & C.J. Flash.
