I’m thankful for the many talented that I am discovering about myself. I’ve always had a creative mind and hands that are crafted by the awesome Powers of God. We did a big thing yesterday. Thank you to my crew and my cousins, Amber Jacks Dawn JJ Josephine E. Jackson-Hodges Marvin Jackson, Lil Stan, Lil Rob and they children we showed out yesterday at our cousins repast. Although it was a sad occasion, God seen fit to turn it into a Joyous Occasion. This was the first I step foot in the kitchen since the passing of my Mother. She was the Cook at this School/ Church for over 30 years, so it was an honor and privilege to be in the same place and in the same position as her. GOD has a way of being things back around full circle. It is I. I am the proud owner of Grand Hands Catering Services and this will not be the last time that I use this facility. Once the remodel takes place I’m #1 in line to use this commissary kitchen. Yes.
