Wedding Vendors — Building My Vendor Directory

I’m expanding the wedding coordination side of my business and building a vendor directory to help connect future clients with reliable wedding professionals throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

I’m based in the Charlotte area, but I’m willing to travel throughout NC and SC, so I’m interested in vendors across both states.

I’m looking for:

* Wedding venues
* Photographers
* Videographers
* Hair and makeup artists
* Florists
* Caterers
* Bakers/cake designers
* DJs and musicians
* Bartending/beverage services
* Event rentals
* Tables and chairs
* Decor and event styling
* Photo booths
* Transportation
* Officiants
* Invitations/stationery
* Signage
* Bridal boutiques
* Specialty entertainment
* And other wedding-related services

If you’d like to be included, please send me a private message with:

* Business name
* Contact name
* Phone number
* Email
* Website
* Social media
* Services offered
* Areas you serve
* Starting prices or minimums, if applicable
* Travel fees, if applicable
* Booking lead time
* Portfolio/photos of your work
* Anything else you think would be helpful for a couple considering your services

I’m building this as an internal resource so that when clients need recommendations, I can quickly connect them with vendors that fit their location, budget, style, and needs.

If you’ve worked with a vendor you absolutely love, feel free to tag them or send them my way as well.

I’m looking forward to building a strong network of wedding professionals across NC and SC.

🌿 A Note About Vendor Events

As Wildflower moves into its next chapter, I want to clarify how we’ll be handling vendor events going forward.

I love bringing vendors and small businesses together, and that will absolutely continue to be part of what I do. However, I’ve learned that producing a vendor event involves far more than simply putting a few vendors in a space.

Vendor recruitment, communication, applications, payments, curation, marketing, social media, graphics, layouts, logistics, setup, day-of coordination, and troubleshooting all take time and resources.

Because of that, Wildflower will no longer be taking on very small vendor markets that don’t make sense from a time and resource standpoint. I want to focus on events that are large enough to provide a great experience for both vendors and attendees while also allowing me to properly staff and execute the event.

For events that Wildflower coordinates, there will be a minimum project fee, with vendor fees able to contribute toward that minimum. If an event does not generate enough vendor revenue to meet the minimum, the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the client/host. Mileage and any additional services or staffing will be quoted separately.

What that looks like will depend on the event, but may include:

• Vendor recruitment & curation
• Vendor communication & management
• Vendor applications and payment coordination
• Event layout & logistics
• Marketing & promotional coordination
• Social media support
• Setup and day-of coordination
• Venue/vendor communication
• Additional event staff when needed

Every event will be quoted individually based on its size, location, scope, and staffing needs.

This isn’t about doing more events. It’s about doing the right events well and creating a business model that allows Wildflower to grow beyond just me doing every single task myself.

I still absolutely love supporting small businesses and creating opportunities for vendors. ❤️ I just want to make sure that the events I take on are sustainable, professionally executed, and worth everyone’s time.

If you’re planning a vendor market, wedding, corporate event, private party, or another type of event and need help bringing it all together, send me a message. 🌿

Wildflower is evolving, and I’m really excited about what’s next.

🌿 A NEW CHAPTER FOR WILDFLOWER 🌿

Well…we’re back. 😂 That was short lived. I’m sorry. 😂

After taking a step back and doing some serious thinking about the direction of Wildflower, I’ve realized that I don’t want to close it—I want to evolve it.

Wildflower was originally created with the goal of bringing people together, creating opportunities, supporting small businesses, and producing memorable events. Somewhere along the way, I got caught up trying to do too much at once.

Going forward, Wildflower will be focusing more on event coordination and production, including:

• Weddings & wedding coordination
• Corporate events
• Private parties & celebrations
• Select vendor events
• Event production & coordination
• And eventually, additional event services & rentals

The events we already have planned are staying—including the Union Horse Expo—and we’ll continue to bring some of those Wildflower events to life.

We’re also excited to start offering wedding coordination, with introductory pricing as we build this side of the business.

The Wildflower name may evolve as the business grows, but for now, we’re here, we’re growing, and we’re figuring out exactly what this next chapter looks like.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Wildflower, the Expo, our vendors, and this crazy journey so far. ❤️

The next chapter is going to be a good one.

🌿✨

An Important Announcement 🤍

To our wonderful community, supporters, and vendors:

I’m reaching out today to share that Wildflower Events is officially coming to an end. Over the coming days, the Wildflower website, social media channels, and email list will be completely shutting down.

First and foremost: The Horse Expo is completely unaffected and will continue as planned! However, the Wildflower brand and all non-expo events are officially closing.

Wildflower was originally created solely to house the Union Horse Expo. Even with the help of a small, incredible team behind me for the Expo, managing an event that large is still a huge commitment. Trying to keep up with additional pop-up events and weekly communications on top of my full-time career, raising a family, caring for my animals, and balancing other projects simply reached a point where life got too busy and I was heading straight toward burnout.

I tried my best to make it work, but I have to do what is right for my wellbeing and my family. Closing Wildflower completely allows me to simplify my life, pour my energy into the Expo, and eventually explore some fresh, non-event projects down the road on my own terms.

To all the incredible vendors and community members who supported Wildflower—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for your grace, understanding, and support as I close this chapter. I wish every single one of you incredible success in everything you do!

With love and gratitude,
Hailey

Let’s talk about the "brain dump" seasons. You know those weeks where your head is spinning with business ideas, family schedules, god-sized dreams, and a healthy dose of straight-up overwhelm?

Society tells us we need a perfectly polished 5-year plan. But sometimes, faith looks like sitting down with a messy notebook, dumping it all out, and telling God, "I don't know how this fits together, but I'm giving it to You."

Wildflower isn't about being perfect. It's about growing through the messy valleys. If your brain is unhinged with ideas right now, grab a piece of paper, write it all down, and take a deep breath. The structure will come. 🤍

A gentle reminder for the entrepreneur sitting in a funk today: You do not have to climb the entire mountain before sunset.

When we look at the big picture—the websites that need fixing, the shops that need opening, the ideas that need launching—paralysis sets in. But the secret to momentum isn't a massive leap; it's a tiny, microscopic step.

Open the document. Name the folder. Write one sentence. God honors the small beginnings. Give yourself some grace today, and just do the next small thing.

He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul." — Psalm 23:2-3

When you are trying to build a business, support your family, and hold everything together, it is incredibly easy to let anxiety take the wheel. We wear our hustle like a badge of honor, but God’s word reminds us that rest is holy.

If you are entering this Sunday evening feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in a valley, give yourself permission to step away from the phone, the planner, and the to-do list. The world won't fall apart if you pause to let Him refresh your soul.

Rest isn't quitting; it’s an act of faith that says, "God, I trust You with tomorrow." Take a deep breath tonight. You are covered, you are seen, and you don't have to carry it all alone. 🤍

Let’s stop talking about abstract "mindset shifts" and talk about how to actually survive the day-to-day chaos of being a working mom, student, or entrepreneur running on a prayer.

When you are balancing a family, a business, or school, your brain is constantly running at 100 mph. Here are 4 completely un-fancy, highly practical life rafts I am using right now to keep my sanity:

Drink the water. Look, I know everyone says it. I hate it too, and I need to drink way more of it. But hydration is literally the difference between a functional brain and an afternoon crash. Drink a glass right now.

Buy a physical, tiny notebook. Carry it everywhere. Car, purse, nightstand. When your brain dumps a million business ideas or random to-do items at 2:00 AM, write it down immediately.

The Notes App Alternative. Yes, my phone's notes app is currently 3,000 pages long and absolute chaos. If yours is too full to function, refer back to step 2. Get it out of your head and onto real paper.

Sticky Note Priority. If your master to-do list has 45 things on it, you will freeze up. Pick three things. Write them on a single sticky note. Hide the rest of the list. When those three are done, you won the day.

Whether you're a high school/college student pulling late nights, a stay-at-home mom managing littles, or a working mom building an empire—give yourself some grace. Stop trying to organize the whole universe today. Just grab a glass of water and write down your next step. 🤍
